I can't express how impressed I am with the hot tub and the guys at RWB. Charlie (the CEO) made the entire process painless, and got me into the exact hot tub I needed. When I was shopping around for the hot tub, I read several reviews from the "big box" places and worried that it was just going to be dropped in my driveway. But the guys at RWB delivered the hot tub and rolled it a pretty long way to my back yard, placing it exactly where I requested. Charlie was even out there with his guys helping. And I found that so cool. You can tell they really care about what they do, and took the time to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted.
